*** Introduction ***

This Astrological Child Report has been designed as a guide for Michael's parents, with a special commitment: to help with Michael's growth and cultural upbringing, to emphasize and strengthen his assets, and to alert the parents to mistakes or possible problems that Michael could face in his life.

Chapter 1 describes Michael the way he really is (position of the Sun), and the way his personality is expressed (Ascendant sign). The child of Virgo is quiet, peaceful and shy. Michael is very delicate and will be selective about food very early. Once his parents know what he likes, he is easy to please, does not demand too much work, and does what he is asked to. As he grows he starts to show his intelligence and his capacity for details. This astrological position could bring chronic problems with sciatica, dislocation of the pelvis, lumbago, rheumatism, problems with the hips, or insufficient breathing which will require some excercises to help the oxygenation of the whole organism.

The short term problems related to Michael's health could originate from nervous exhaustion, stress, corporal electricity, and the lack of B Vitamins. It will be very important for Michael to learn how to relax and to let his neurons rest.

In order to prevent any problems, he should include in his diet: all the legumes, non-refined grains, walnuts and seeds, asparagus, corn, lentils, watercress, soy, cabbage, coconut, grapes, lemon, pineapple, peanuts, wheat germ, bee pollen, egg yolk, and all foods rich in the B vitamins.

The long term problems related to Michael's health could originate from the lack of appropriate oxygenation of the body, the lack of Vitamins A and D, and magnesium. The most common problem area will be the circulatory system, causing deficient irrigation to arms and legs, palpitations, and heart problems in general.

He should follow the diet mentioned above, plus: celery, carrots, broccoli, alfalfa, lettuce, green and red peppers, spinach, sweet potato, tomato, fresh or dry peach, cherry, apple, lemon, orange, fresh cheese, yogurt, and sunflower seeds. He should avoid fried food or fatty food; he should not drink alcohol or smoke, and also should get plenty of physical exercise.

Michael could have problems related to the production of liquids and fluids in his body; he will also have frequent allergies, especially in between seasons.
